2. Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days
- Custom/OEM orders: 15-25 days (as specified in product details)
- Bulk orders (500+ pieces): 20-30 days
3. Tracking & Notifications
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Track your order at: DHL | FedEx | UPS
- Contact service@tapingtrading.com for shipping inquiries.
4. Customs & Duties
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We declare items as "samples" or "gifts" upon request (wholesale only).
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Report lost/damaged shipments within 7 days of expected delivery.
- We will file claims with the carrier and arrange replacements.
- Provide photos of damaged packaging/items for faster processing.
